Overview

Research has shown that school leaders and classroom teachers have a significant impact—nearly 60%–on student achievement (Marzano, Walters & McNulty 2005).  As such, our work at EduSolve Consultants, LLC is directly targeted to how we support school leadership teams in their talent management and talent development efforts.  Talent management and development, at its core, works to improve student outcomes by improving teacher quality; and ensuring each student is taught by the most effective teachers.

We will collaborate with you to customize a professional learning plan that will meet your specific goals. The amount and duration of our services will vary according to your need.

Research data show that the most effective scope and format is one that combines initial interactive sessions with ongoing coaching and mentoring, data analysis, and observations with positive corrective feedback over a half-year or a year.
